You set your hourly rate (for example, $50/hour). When a customer books you for 2 hours, they pay $100. You receive $85 (85%), and 802Helps keeps $15 (15%) to cover payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer acquisition. You get paid automatically after completing the job.
We welcome all types of local services: house cleaning, handyman work, tutoring, moving help, lawn care, pet sitting, painting, plumbing, electrical work, snow removal, personal training, music lessons, and more. If it's a service Burlington residents need, you can list it!
Customers pay when they book. After you complete the job, the payment is automatically transferred to your account (minus the 15% platform fee). Payouts are processed within 2-3 business days via direct deposit to your bank account.
